清导荡瘀法在慢性非细菌性前列腺炎中的运用

摘　　要：介绍孙建明教授在多年的临床工作中治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CNP)的经验,前列腺炎作为男性的常见疾病,可归属于中医学“精浊”“癃闭”范畴。孙教授认为该病由“热-湿-瘀”致病,结合几十年的临床经验,立“火毒论”“燥土论”和“新血论”。在此理论原则上,治疗予清热法驱下焦火热,以健脾导湿法复升降枢纽,以活血荡瘀法涤旧致新。自创“青泽汤”,在临床治疗中取得了较好的效果。This paper introduced Professor Sun Jianming’s experience in treating chronic non-bacterial prostatitis(CNP)in clinical practice for many years.As a common disease in men,prostatitis can be attributed to the category of“turbid urine”and“difficulty in urination”in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Sun believes that the disease is caused by“heat-dampness-stasis”,combined with decades of clinical experience,established“fire poison theory”,“dryness soil theory”and“new blood theory”.In this theoretical principle,“heat clearing method”is used to drive down the scorching heat,“spleen strengthening and dampness guiding method”is used to restore the lifting hub,and“blood activating and blood stasis removing method”is used to remove the old and make the new.The self-made Qingze decoction has achieved good results in clinical practice.
