朝医补脾泻肾解郁法治疗少阴人中风后郁病气郁证临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察口服朝药十二味宽中汤配合朝医舍岩针法治疗少阴人中风后郁病气郁证的临床效果。方法按照随机数字表法将63例患者以单盲的原则分为治疗组、对照组,对照组31例给予口服盐酸帕罗西汀治疗,治疗组32例给予十二味宽中汤口服结合朝医舍岩针法针刺治疗,疗程1个月。将两组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分进行对比分析。结果治疗后,两组HAMD评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为90.63%(29/32),高于对照组的74.19%(23/31)(P<0.05)。结论朝医补脾泻肾解郁法治疗少阴人中风后郁病气郁证有明显的临床效果,可显著提高治疗总有效率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of oral administration of Korean medicine twelve flavors Kuanzhong decoction combined with Korean medicine Sheyanzhen method in treating post-stroke depression qi stagnation syndrome of Shaoyin people,so as to standardize the operation and improve the curative effect.Methods According to the random number table,63 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group on the principle of single blind.The control group of 31 cases was given paroxetine hydrochloride,once a day and 32 patients in the treatment group were given twelve flavors Kuanzhong decoction and acupuncture combined with Korean medicine Sheyanzhen method for one month.The HAMD scale score and SDSS score before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,there was significant difference in HAMD scores between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.63%(29/32),which was higher than that of the control group(74.19%,23/31)(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of invigorating the spleen,purging the kidney and relieving depression in Korean medicine has a significant effect on treating post-stroke depression qi stagnation syndrome of Shaoyin people,which can significantly improve the overall clinical efficacy.
