乳舒散结合二仙煎周期性离子导入治疗乳腺增生临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究自拟乳舒散结合二仙煎周期性离子导入治疗乳腺增生的效果。方法选取三明市中西医结合医院2021年7月—2023年6月诊治的乳腺增生结节患者100例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例,对照组予冷敷贴行周期性乳腺治疗仪离子导入治疗,观察组予自拟乳舒散结合二仙煎行周期性乳腺治疗仪离子导入治疗,对比两组临床效果。结果经过3个月经周期的治疗,观察组总有效率为94.00%(47/50),高于对照组的80.00%(40/50),差异具有统计学意义(x^(2)=0.0747,P<0.05)。结论乳腺增生应用自拟乳舒散结合二仙煎行周期性中药离子导入治疗,能有效缓解患者临床症状,且安全有效。Objective To study the effect of Rushu powder combined with Erxian decoction periodic iontophoresis in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods A total of 100 patients with breast hyperplasia nodules diagnosed and treated in Sanming Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from July 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received periodic breast therapy with cold application,while the observation group received Rushu powder combined with Erxian decoction periodic iontophoresis.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared after treatment.Results After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%,40/50),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=0.0747,P<0.05).Conclusion Rushu powder combined with Erxian decoction periodic iontophoresis can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and is safe and effective.
