中药配方泡四肢防治奥沙利铂致周围神经毒性临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究中药配方泡四肢防治奥沙利铂静脉化疗所致周围神经毒性的临床效果。方法选取2021年10月—2023年2月于赣州市肿瘤医院行胃癌、结直肠癌根治术后辅助化疗的患者60例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。两组均行XELOX(奥沙利铂、卡培他滨)或SOX方案(奥沙利铂、替吉奥)化疗,对照组加行温水温浴四肢辅助治疗,观察组接受中药配方泡四肢辅助治疗,均治疗28 d。对比两组治疗后临床效果、周围神经毒性反应情况及体力状况(KPS)评分。结果观察组临床总有效率为90.00%(27/30),高于对照组的60.00%(18/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组周围神经毒性反应总发生率为50.00%(15/30),低于对照组的90.00%(27/30)(P<0.05);两组KPS评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药配方泡四肢辅助治疗在防治因奥沙利铂静脉化疗所致周围神经毒性中有显著临床效果,可以减轻化疗对患者造成的神经损伤,降低周围神经毒性。Objective To study the clinical effect of Chinese medicine formula soaking limbs in the prevention and treatment of peripheral neurotoxicity caused by oxaliplatin intravenous chemotherapy.Methods From October 2021 to February 2023,there were 60 patients with gastric cancer and colorectal cancer in Ganzhou Cancer Hospital,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with XELOX(Oxaliplatin,Capecitabine)or SOX(Oxaliplatin,Teggio)chemotherapy,the control group was treated with warm water bath for limbs,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine formula for limbs for 28 days.The clinical effect,peripheral nerve toxicity and physical strength(KPS)score were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%(27/30),which was higher than that of the control group(60.00%,18/30)(P<0.05).After treatment,the total incidence of peripheral neurotoxicity in the observation group was 50.00%(15/30),which was lower than that in the control group(90.00%,27/30)(P<0.05).KPS score was increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The auxiliary treatment of Chinese medicine formula soaking limbs has significant clinical significance in the prevention and treatment of peripheral neurotoxicity caused by Osarian platinum venous chemotherapy,which can be reduced to reduce neurotransmitters caused by chemotherapy patients and reduce peripheral neurotoxicity.
