凝胶贴膏穴位贴敷联合八段锦治疗老年心脾两虚型失眠症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨老年心脾两虚型失眠症患者应用凝胶贴膏穴位贴敷联合八段锦治疗的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2020年4月—2022年7月于南昌大学第四附属医院就诊的60例失眠症患者分为两组,各30例。对照组口服艾司唑仑片,观察组加用凝胶贴膏穴位贴敷联合八段锦。对比两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、睡眠质量和心理状况。结果观察组临床总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论凝胶贴膏穴位贴敷联合八段锦用于治疗老年心脾两虚型失眠症,效果显著,可改善患者睡眠质量和心理状态,有利于预后。Objective To explore the effect of acupoint gel plaster combined with Baduanjin in the treatment of senile insomnia with deficiency of both heart and spleen type.Methods A total of 60 patients with insomnia who visited The Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from April 2020 to July 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with estazolam tablet,and the observation group was treated with acupoint gel plaster combined with Baduanjin.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,sleep quality and psychological status of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of the control group(73.33%,22/30)(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupoint gel plaster and Baduanjin has a significant therapeutic effect on elderly patients with insomnia of heart and spleen deficiency type,which can improve their sleep quality and psychological state,and is conducive to the prognosis of patients.
