徐长卿为君药的中药方治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察徐长卿为君药的中药方治疗活动期轻中度溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各30例。试验组给予徐长卿为君药的中药方口服,对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片,比较两组治疗前后腹泻、脓血便、腹痛、腹胀、肛门灼热、里急后重、总体症状积分及红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白水平,并监测不良反应。结果治疗后,两组患者的腹泻、脓血便、腹痛、腹胀、肛门灼热、里急后重、总体症状积分及红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白水平均有明显改善(P<0.05),并且试验组患者脓血便及总体症状的改善优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。仅对照组有1例患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)升高。结论徐长卿为君药的中药方治疗活动期轻中度UC是有效且安全的,并且对脓血便及总体症状的改善优于美沙拉嗪肠溶片。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine prescription of paniculate swallowwort root as sovereign drug in the treatment of active ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was given oral Chinese prescription paniculate swallowwort root as sovereign drug,and the control group was given mesalazine enteric-coated tablets.The diarrhea,pus and blood stools,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,anal burning,tenesmus,overall symptom score,erythrocyte subsidence rate and C-reactive protein level were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions were monitored.Results After treatment,diarrhea,pus and blood stools,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,anal burning,tenesmus,overall symptom score,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein level were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of pus and blood stools and overall symptoms in experimental group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Only one patient in the control group had elevated alanine aminotransferase(ALT).Conclusion Chinese medicine prescription of paniculate swallowwort root as sovereign drug in the treatment of mild to moderate UC in active stage is effective and safe,and the improvement of abscess and blood stool and general symptoms is better than mesalazine enteric-coated tablets.
