补肾益气安胎汤治疗早期先兆流产临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨对早期先兆流产患者采用补肾益气安胎汤治疗的临床效果。方法从2021年6月—2022年6月就诊于南昌市洪都中医院的早期先兆流产患者中随机抽选70例,采用双盲法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组采用黄体酮联合维生素E治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用补肾益气安胎汤。对比两组人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)水平及中医症状评分、治疗总有效率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%(34/35),高于对照组的77.14%(27/35)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组HCG、P、E2水平均高于对照组,中医症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾益气安胎汤可显著改善孕妇的HCG、P、E2水平,缓解先兆流产症状,对降低流产率有积极帮助。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Yiqi Antai decoction on patients with early threatened abortion.Methods A total of 70 patients with early threatened abortion admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group by double-blind method,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with progesterone combined with vitamin E,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Yiqi Antai decoction on the basis of the control group.Human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG),progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),TCM syndrome score and total response rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than that of the control group(77.14%,27/35)(P<0.05).After treatment,HCG,P and E2 levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and TCM syndrome scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Yiqi Antai decoction can significantly improve the levels of HCG,P and E2,relieve the symptoms of threatened abortion,and reduce the abortion rate.
