火龙灸与补肾健骨汤治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的探析采用火龙灸与补肾健骨汤治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法选择2019年11月—2021年11月南昌市洪都中医院收治的骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者66例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组33例。所有患者均行经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗,在此基础上对照组给予碳酸钙D3片、阿法骨化醇软胶囊治疗,研究组给予火龙灸、补肾健骨汤治疗。观察两组的中医证候积分、不同部位骨密度值(L2~L4、全髋、股骨颈)。结果治疗后,研究组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05),L2~L4、全髋、股骨颈等骨密度值均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者,采用火龙灸与补肾健骨汤辅助治疗,能够获得较好的临床效果,有效改善患者相关症状,增加骨密度值,促进腰椎功能恢复。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of fire dragon moxibustion and Bushen Jiangu decoction on patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.Methods A total of 66 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture in Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to November 2021 were selected as observation objects.According to the numerical table method,they were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 33 patients in each group.All of whom underwent percutaneous kyphoplasty.On this basis,the control group was treated with Calcium carbonate D3 tablets and Alfacalcidol Soft Capsules,while the study group was treated with fire-dragon moxibustion and Bushen Jiangu decoction.TCM symptom scores and BMD values of different parts(lumbar 2-4,total hip and femoral neck)were compared between the two groups to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the BMD values of L2~L4,whole hip and femoral neck were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,fire-dragon moxibustion and Bushen Jiangu decoction can achieve better therapeutic effect,which can effectively improve related symptoms,increase bone mineral density value,and promote the recovery of lumbar function.
