疏肝调脂汤联合穴位贴敷治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝调脂汤加减联合穴位贴敷治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床效果及对患者肝功能、血脂水平的影响。方法选取2020年8月—2021年8月江西省信丰县人民医院接收的非酒精性脂肪肝患者86例,按随机数字表法分成两组,各43例。对照组行疏肝调脂汤加减治疗,观察组予疏肝调脂汤加减联合穴位贴敷治疗。对比两组中医证候评分、临床疗效、肝功能及血脂水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.02%(40/43),高于对照组的76.74%(33/43)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胁肋胀痛、胸脘痞满、肢体沉重、乏力倦怠评分低于对照组(P<0.05),总胆红素(TBiL)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平低于对照组(P<0.05),总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)水平亦低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏肝调脂汤联合穴位贴敷治疗非酒精性脂肪肝可进一步提升临床效果,有效改善患者肝功能、血脂水平。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shugan Tiaozhi decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver and its effect on liver function and blood lipid level.Methods A total of 86 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver received by Xinfeng County People’s Hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of computer digital table.The control group of 43 cases was treated with Shugan Tiaozhi decoction,and 43 patients in the observation group were treated with Shugan Tiaozhi decoction combined with acupoint application.The TCM symptom score,clinical efficacy Liver function and blood lipid level.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%(40/43),which was higher than that of the control group(76.74%,33/43)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,chest fullness,limb heaviness and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the levels of total bilirubin(TBiL),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of total cholesterol(TC)and triacylglycerol(TG)were also lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Tiaozhi decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver can further improve the clinical efficacy and promote the effective improvement of liver function and blood lipid level.
