紫草油联合辨证施护治疗大疱性表皮坏死松解型药疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨紫草油联合辨证施护治疗大疱性表皮坏死松解型药疹的临床效果。方法将江西中医药大学附属医院皮肤科2022年1月—2023年6月收治的30例大疱性表皮坏死松解型药疹患者分为治疗组(15例)和对照组(15例)。治疗组应用紫草油联合辨证施护治疗,对照组给予常规消毒及常规护理。比较两组患者的皮疹控制时间、创面干涸时间、皮肤愈合时间。结果治疗组皮疹控制时间为(5.33±0.98)d,短于对照组的(6.73±1.16)d(P<0.05)。治疗组创面干涸时间为(6.73±1.16)d,短于对照组的(8.33±0.98)d(P<0.05)。治疗组皮肤愈合时间为(14.40±1.68)d,短于对照组的(18.07±1.79)d(P<0.05)。结论紫草油联合辨证施护治疗大疱性表皮坏死松解型药疹能加快对皮疹的控制,加速创面干涸和皮肤愈合,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of comfrey oil and syndrome differentiation nursing in the treatment of drug eruption of bullous epidermal necrolysis type.Methods Thirty patients with bullous epidermal necrolysis drug eruption admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2023 were divided into a treatment group of 15 cases and a control group of 15 cases.The treatment group was treated with comfrey oil combined with syndrome differentiation,while the control group was treated with routine disinfection and routine nursing.The skin rash control time,wound drying time and skin healing time of the two groups were compared.Results The time of skin rash control in the treatment group was(5.33±0.98)d,which was shorter than that in the control group(6.73±1.16)d(P<0.05).The wound drying time in the treatment group was(6.73±1.16)d,which was shorter than that in the control group(8.33±0.98)d(P<0.05).The skin healing time of the treatment group was(14.40±1.68)d,which was shorter than that of the control group(18.07±1.79)d(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of comfrey oil and syndrome differentiation nursing in the treatment of drug eruption of bullous epidermal necrolysis type can accelerate the control of the rash,accelerate wound drying and skin healing,and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
