情志疗法结合耳穴压豆用于慢性肾炎护理的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中医情志疗法结合耳穴压豆用于慢性肾炎护理中的价值。方法选择2021年2月—2023年3月收治的76例慢性肾炎患者纳入研究,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各38例。对照组采取耳穴压豆护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用中医情志疗法,对两组护理效果及炎性因子水平进行比较。结果观察组护理干预不良事件发生率为7.89%(3/38),低于对照组的28.95%(11/38)(P<0.05)。干预前,两组中医证候评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组血清炎性因子水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组炎性因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医情志疗法结合耳穴压豆用于慢性肾炎患者护理效果满意,可有效控制炎性因子水平、缓解患者症状、降低不良事件发生率,值得推广。Objective To explore the value analysis of traditional Chinese medicine emotional therapy combined with auricular point pressing beans in the nursing of chronic nephritis.Methods A study was conducted on 76 patients with chronic nephritis admitted from February 2021 to March 2023.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received auricular point pressing beans care,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine emotional therapy on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of nursing intervention adverse events in the observation group was 7.89%(3/38),which was lower than that in the control group(28.95%,11/38)(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in serum inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine emotional therapy and auricular point pressing beans therapy has a satisfactory effect in the care of chronic nephritis,which can effectively control the level of inflammatory factors,alleviate patient symptoms,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.It is worth promoting.
