摘　　要：国医大师石学敏从医数十载,博采众方,古为今用,善于辨证论治。石老独创的“醒脑开窍”针刺法可“醒神、调神、安神”,不仅可以有效治疗中风病,而且在治疗内科杂病过程中获得奇效。现总结石老的调神思想,并列举石老运用“醒脑开窍”针刺法治疗痫病、瘈疭、虚劳、梅核气验案4则,通过对上述异病同治案例的分析,总结石老运用“醒脑开窍”针刺法的临证经验,以示国医大师石学敏的辨证思路,以期为临床应用“醒脑开窍”针刺法提供参考。Traditional Chinese medicine master SHI Xuemin has been practicing medicine for decades.He is good at gathering public prescriptions and making the ancient theory serve the present problems.He is good at syndrome differentiation.“Awakening the brain and opening the mind”acupuncture method created by SHI Xuemin can“awaken,regulate and calm the mind”.This treatment can not only treat stroke,but also treat medical miscellaneous diseases,which has achieved remarkable results in clinical practice.It summarized the thought of regulating the mind.This article enumerated the clinical cases of epilepsy,convulsion,consumptive disease and Meiheqi treated by“awakening the brain and opening the mind”acupuncture.These cases reflected the thought of treating different diseases with the same method and syndrome differentiation.Through the analysis of the above cases of different diseases,this paper summarized the clinical experience of“awakening the brain and opening the mind”acupuncture and showed the thought of differentiation of symptoms and signs,in order to provide reference for clinical application of“awakening the brain and opening the mind”acupuncture.
