骨伤洗剂熏洗对桡骨远端骨折术后功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨骨伤洗剂熏洗在桡骨远端骨折术后患者功能恢复的疗效。方法纳入该院2021年7月—2022年4月符合纳入标准的掌侧入路锁定钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折术后患者共66例,常规指导功能锻炼组(对照组)33例和常规指导功能锻炼+骨伤洗剂熏洗组(治疗组)33例进行干预。比较两组患者术后疼痛、肿胀、关节功能的恢复情况。结果两组患者术后3个月总有效率均为100%,治疗组在治疗后及术后3个月视觉模拟(VAS)评分、肿胀减轻程度、活动度均优于对照组。术后3个月治疗组患者腕关节Gardmld-Werley功能评分明优于对照组。结论桡骨远端骨折术后指导性功能锻炼+骨伤洗剂熏洗可有效促进桡骨远端骨折术后早期功能的恢复,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the curative effect of Gushang Lotion(骨伤洗剂)on functional recovery of patients with distal radius fracture after operation.Methods From July 2021 to April 2022,a total of 66 patients in the hospital who met the inclusion criteria with volar approach locking plate internal fixation for distal radius fractures were included and divided into the control group(routinely guided functional exercise,33 patients)and the treatment group(routine guided functional exercise combined with Gushang Lotion,33 cases).The recovery of pain,swelling and joint function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was 100%3 months after operation.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,swelling reduction degree and mobility of the treatment group were better than those of the control group after treatment and 3 months after operation.After 3 months,Gardmld-Werley function score of wrist joint in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion Guided functional exercise and fumigation and washing by Gushang Lotion after distal radius fracture surgery can effectively promote the early functional recovery after distal radius fracture surgery,and improve the clinical curative effect,worthy of clinical promotion.
