自拟中药温肾方治疗女性排卵障碍性不孕症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究自拟中药温肾方对女性排卵障碍性不孕症患者的影响。方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月该院收治的80例排卵障碍性不孕症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组给予枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊,观察组在对照组基础上给予自拟中药温肾方。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、卵巢功能、排卵情况及妊娠结局。结果治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组总有效率明显较高(P<0.05),主症和次症证候积分均明显较低(P<0.05),卵巢体积和窦卵泡数均明显较低(P<0.05),子宫内膜厚度明显较高(P<0.05),卵泡最大直径、排卵数、优势排卵数均明显较多(P<0.05),总妊娠率明显较高(P<0.05)。结论自拟中药温肾方可提高排卵障碍性不孕症患者的临床疗效,降低中医证候积分,促进卵巢功能恢复,改善排卵情况和妊娠结局。Objective To explore the effect of self-made Wenshen Formula(温肾方,WSF),a self prepared Chinese medicine,on female patients with ovulatory dysfunction and infertility.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,80 patients with ovulation disorder infertility admitted to our the hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 patients in each group.The control group was given clomiphene citrate capsules,and the observation group was given WSF,aself-made Chinese medicine,on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores,ovarian function,ovulation and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,compared with those of the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05),the main and secondary symptom scores were significantly lower(P<0.05),the ovarian volume and the number of sinus follicles were significantly lower(P<0.05),the endometrial thickness was significantly higher(P<0.05),the largest diameter of follicles,the number of ovulations,and the number of dominant ovulations were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the total pregnancy rate was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made WSF can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with ovulatory dysfunctional infertility,reduce TCM symptom scores,promote the recovery of ovarian function,and improve ovulation and pregnancy outcomes.
