基于肾功能指标、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)比值评价海昆肾喜胶囊在慢性肾小球肾炎患者治疗中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨海昆肾喜胶囊在慢性肾小球肾炎(chronic glomerulonephritis,CGN)患者治疗中的效果。方法研究对象为CGN患者,其均于2019年3月—2022年1月被收治,选例地点为临沂金锣医院,将样本(160例患者)分为对照、观察组,各80例,分组依据为随机数字表法。予以对照组常规治疗,于上述基础上,予以观察组海昆肾喜胶囊,两组均治疗2个月。对比两组治疗后并发症情况、临床疗效,治疗前后肾功能指标、内皮功能指标、免疫功能。结果与对照组治疗后临床总有效率相比,观察组明显更高;与治疗前比,治疗后两组血清肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)、尿素氮(urea nitrogen,BUN)、24 h尿蛋白定量(urine protein quantification,UPQ)、血清内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)、CD_(8)^(+)水平均降低,观察组低于对照组;与治疗前比,治疗后两组血清一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、血管内皮依赖性血管舒张功能(flow-mediated dilation,FMD)、内生肌酐清除率(creatinine clearance rate,Ccr)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(3)^(+)水平、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)值均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论海昆肾喜胶囊可有效提高CGN患者的临床治疗效果,提高肾功能,改善其免疫功能以及内皮功能。Objective To investigate the effect of Haikun Shenxi Capsule(海昆肾喜胶囊)in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN)patients.Methods The subjects of this study were CGN patients who were admitted from March 2019 to January 2022 in Linyi Jinluo Hospital.The samples(160 patients)were divided into the control group and the observation group based on the random number table method,80 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine treatment,and on the basis of the above,the observation group was given Haikun Shenxi Capsule,and both groups were treated for 2 months.The complications,clinical efficacy after treatment,renal function indexes,endothelial function indexes and immune function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the total clinical effective rate of the control group after treatment,the rate of the observation group was significantly higher.Compared with those before treatment,the serum levels of serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),24 h urine protein quantification(UPQ),endothelin-1(ET-1)and CD_(8)^(+)in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.Compared with those before treatment,serum nitric oxide(NO),flow-mediated dilation(FMD),creatinine clearance rate(Ccr),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)values in the two groups increased after treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.There was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Haikun Shenxi Capsule can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,renal function,immune function and endothelial function of CGN patients.
