摘　　要：呼吸系统疾病发病率逐年增加,严重危害公众健康。肺气血屏障主要由肺泡上皮和毛细血管内皮组成,是肺内气体交换的重要场所,对于保持肺稳态具有重要作用。肺气血屏障的功能与肺“主气,司呼吸”的生理机能高度相通,参与调节肺的气血津液,其损伤与多种呼吸系统疾病发生发展密切相关。该文基于中西医对气血屏障及呼吸系统疾病的认识,对肺气血屏障与呼吸系统疾病(包括急性肺损伤、特发性肺纤维化、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等)的关系及中医药治疗进展做一概述,为气血屏障参与呼吸系统疾病机制及中医药治疗研究提供理论依据。The incidence of lung diseases is increasing rolling year,posing a serious threat to public health.As the significant place for gas exchange in lung,the lung air-blood barrier plays an important role in maintaining lung homeostasis.The lung air-blood barrier is mainly composed of alveolar epithelium and capillary endothelium.The function of lung air-blood barrier is extremely familiar to the physiological function of lung,which is in charge of Qi and respiration.The lung air-blood barrier is involved in the regulation of Qi,blood and body fluid of lung,and is closely related to the occurrence and development of a variety of lung diseases.Based on the understanding of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to the lung air-blood barrier and lung diseases,this paper summarized the relationship between the lung air-blood barrier and lung diseases(including acute lung injury,idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,etc.)and the progress of TCM treatment,providing new ideas and methods for the study of the theoretical foundation of lung air-blood barrier in lung diseases.
