抑郁症态靶辨治策略初探

摘　　要：“态靶辨治”是由仝小林院士首创的中医临床辨治方法,融合了现代科学对于疾病的认识,将中药药理研究成果应用于疾病的中医辨证分型与治疗方药之中,进一步细化了分期分证与临床用药,中西医结合,提高了对疾病辨证用药的精准化与标准化。依据态靶辨治理论体系,本文将抑郁症的总态概括为“郁”,与不同病程兼夹的“瘀”“湿”“痰”“火”“虚”分态。总结确定其调态靶方,和改善症状、调节下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(HPA)与5-羟色胺(5-HT)系统等生物学靶标的靶药,推进抑郁症的“辨证微观化”与“精准用药”。The state-target syndrome differentiation and treatment method is a clinical method in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)created by Academician TONG Xiaolin.It integrates the research of modern science on diseases,and applies the research results of TCM pharmacology to the syndrome differentiation and treatment of diseases,further refinement of staging,syndrome differentiation and clinical medication,integration of TCM and Western medicine,and improve the precision and standardization of medicine use based on syndrome differentiation.According to“state-target syndrome differentiation and treatment”,this article summarized the general state of depression as“depression”,and the partial states of different courses of depression included“blood stasis”,“dampness”,“phlegm”,“fire”and“deficiency”.It summarized and determined the formula for regulating state and target,and the target medicine for regulating biological targets such as HPA axis and 5-HT system,which can promote the“syndrome differentiation microscopization”and“precision medicine”of depression.
