摘  要:为了响应国家绿色节能减排号召,全国各地开始逐渐实施城市道路照明节能改造工作,从而优化城市照明效果,落实城市照明节能减排。本文通过对上海市嘉定区进行道路照明节能改造的典型路段进行检测,对节能改造后照明质量的提升进行分析,并提出与照明质量相结合的减碳量评价方法,科学评估道路照明改造所带来的经济效益和社会效益,加快道路照明节能改造,助力“双碳”目标实现。In response to the call for green energy saving and emission reduction,road lighting energy-saving renovation work has been gradually implemented across the country,so as to optimize the urban lighting effect and implement energy saving and emission reduction.This paper analyzes the improvement of lighting quality after energy-saving retrofit by testing typical road sections in Shanghai Jiading District,and proposes a carbon reduction evaluation method combined with lighting quality to scientifically assess the economic and social benefits of road lighting retrofit,accelerate the energy-saving retrofit of road lighting to help achieve the peak carbon dioxide emissions and the carbon neutrality.
