摘 要:为了对新型材料和新型结构的二维基本受力单元开展试验研究、提出精准的非线性本构模型、加快新型材料和新型结构在工程中的推广应用,基于对美、日、德等国相关试验装备的调研分析,研发了一种薄膜试验机——平面双向加载试验装置(planar bi-directional element tester,PBET),设计并制作了自平衡刚架系统、能够有效削弱边缘约束的加载系统、能够实现复杂加载工况和路径的控制系统以及功能丰富的量测系统等。利用PBET完成了配筋UHPC单元单向受拉试验、素UHPC单元双向受拉试验、素UHPC单元拉压耦合试验、单钢板钢筋混凝土单元拉压耦合试验、双钢板钢筋混凝土单元拉压耦合试验,结果表明:PBET装置能够对素UHPC、配筋UHPC、单钢板混凝土和双钢板混凝土等多种结构单元开展包括单向受拉、双向受拉、双向拉压耦合等多种工况的测试,并实现顺序加载、比例加载以及加载路径转换等功能,从而为UHPC、ECC等新型材料以及钢板混凝土等新型结构的一维和二维基本受力性能及本构关系研究提供支撑。This study presents an experimental investigation on two-dimensional basic elements with panel testers.Accurate nonlinear constitutive laws of new materials and new structures were proposed,so that popularization and application of new materials and new structures in engineering can be accelerated.Based on the investigation and analysis of the relevant testers in America,Japan,Germany and other countries,a simple panel tester-planar bidirectional element tester(PBET),has been developed,which is composed of a self-balancing reaction frame system,a loading system that can effectively weaken the edge constraints,a control system that can realize complex loading conditions and paths,and a multi-functional measurement system.By using PBET,one-directional tensile test of reinforced UHPC element,two-directional tensile test of non-reinforced UHPC element,a series of tests,including combined tension-compression test of non-reinforced UHPC element,combined tension-compression test of single steel plate concrete element and combined tension-compression test of double steel plate concrete element,were completed.The test results show that tests can be conducted by PBET on various structural elements such as UHPC,reinforced UHPC,single steel plate-concrete and double steel plate-concrete structure,with loading conditions including uniaxial tension,biaxial tension,and biaxial tension-compression coupling.The sequential loading,proportional loading and loading path conversion functions can be realized.Thus,PBET can provide support for the research on the 1D/2D basic mechanical properties and constitutive relationship of new materials such as UHPC and ECC,as well as new structures such as steel plate-concrete structures.
