全国统一大市场建设对区域数字创新的影响研究——基于空间溢出视角

摘　　要：以2008-2021年中国省级行政区面板数据为基础,就全国统一大市场建设对区域数字创新的空间溢出效应展开研究。结果表明:中国区域数字创新呈现由东向西梯次递减格局,且具有显著的正向空间相关性;全国统一大市场建设水平的提升会显著促进区域数字创新能力提高,且全国统一大市场建设空间溢出效应是驱动区域数字创新能力提升的重要因素。异质性分析显示,在2015-2021年和东部地区,全国统一大市场建设对区域数字创新能力的空间溢出效应更强。基于此,为更好地推动区域数字创新,相关主体应着眼统一大市场建设视角,建立健全公平竞争制度框架;立足差异化视角,加速构建区域数字创新能力体系;基于数字创新共享视角,健全中小企业数字创新环境。In the current period,how to leverage the dividends of the digital economy to enhance regional digital innovation capabilities is a focus of attention from all sectors of society.However,due to factors such as high investment and risks in technological innovation,the development of regional digital innovation activities in China has been hindered.Therefore,policy documents such as the"Opinions on Accelerating the Building of a Nationwide Unified Market"and the report of the 2Oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China have successively made the construction of a high-level socialist market economy system an important content.On the one hand,promoting the construction of a unified national market can help relevant entities give full play to the advantages of the super-scale market and accelerate the elimination of market segmentation based on local protection.On the other hand,promoting the construction of a unified national market is conducive to accelerating the transformation of China's economic growth mode from traditional factor driven to innovation driven,and efficiently promoting the enhancement of regional digital innovation capabilities.This article first integrates the construction of a unified national market and regional digital innovation into the same framework from a theoretical perspective,revealing the relationship between the two from a theoretical perspective,aiming to enrich research in related fields.Then,from an empirical perspective,this paper uses the Moran Index to judge the spatial correlation of 30 provincial-level administrative regions,and uses the spatial econometric model to conduct in-depth analysis of the spatial spillover effects of the national unified market construction on regional digital innovation,providing empirical evidence for theoretical proposal.Finally,further analyze the heterogeneity of the impact of the construction of a unified national market on regional digital innovation from the perspectives of temporal and regional heterogeneity.The results show that
