摘  要:本文利用宁东能源化工基地的气化渣做骨料,配制气化渣混凝土并对其性能进行研究。结果表明:宁东气化渣具有含碳量低(2.1%)、颗粒级配合适(Ⅱ区中砂)、吸水率小(0.8%)、烧失量小(0.7%)、一定量的球形颗粒等较好的理化性能,为气化渣混凝土的配制奠定了基础;气化渣配制混凝土的最佳掺量为30%,当胶凝材料为水泥+高性能掺合料+矿粉时,混凝土的28 d抗压强度为66.4 MPa,碳化深度为0 mm,碳化等级为T-Ⅴ等级,当胶凝材料为水泥+高性能掺合料+粉煤灰时,混凝土的28 d抗压强度为56.5 MPa,碳化深度为1.4 mm。该气化渣混凝土为宁东气化渣的消纳提供了有效的解决途径,减少了资源消耗,降低了混凝土的生产成本。This article uses gasification slag from Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base as aggregate to prepare gasification slag concrete and study its properties.The results show that Ningdong gasification slag has good physical and chemical properties,such as low carbon content(2.1%),suitable particle size distribution(medium sand in Zone II),low water absorption rate(0.8%),small burning vector(0.7%),and a certain amount of spherical particles,which lays the foundation for the preparation of gasification slag concrete.The optimal dosage for preparing concrete with gasification slag is 30%,when the cementitious material is cement+high-performance admixture+mineral powder,the 28 days compressive strength of the concrete is 66.4 MPa,the carbonation depth is 0 mm,and the carbonation grade is T-V;when the cementitious material is cement+high-performance admixture+f ly ash,the 28 days compressive strength of the concrete is 56.5 MPa,and the carbonation depth is 1.4 mm.The gasification slag concrete provides an effective solution for the consumption of Ningdong gasification slag,reducing resource consumption and lowering the production cost of concrete.
