摘 要:钢筋混凝土承插口管道在市政排水工程中应用广泛,作为无压管道,在施工结束之后需开展闭水试验,以检测整体的渗漏情况。为了探究管道承插口的渗漏原因,并制定可靠的预防措施,本文综合运用文献法、定性分析法、定量分析法,明确了承插口管道在闭水试验中产生渗漏的原因,主要包括管道材质抗渗性不达标、接口密封圈安装不规范、接口腐蚀老化。针对以上问题,从施工层面提出相关预防性措施,在地质勘察阶段,应规避易变形的不良地质,避免承插口应力破坏;在管沟开挖阶段,应合理设计槽底宽度和开挖深度,确保上覆层的厚度和压实度;在承插口密封作业中,应正确安装密封胶圈,使其达到足够的压缩量和密封性;在整个作业过程中,需重视成品保护,减少施工扰动。Reinforced concrete socket pipes are widely used in municipal drainage engineering.As nonpressure pipes,closed water tests need to be conducted after construction to detect overall leakage.To explore the causes of leakage in pipeline sockets and develop reliable preventive measures,this article comprehensively uses literature review,qualitative analysis,and quantitative analysis methods to clarify the reasons for leakage in closed water tests of socket pipelines,mainly including inadequate impermeability of pipeline materials,non-standard installation of interface sealing rings,and interface corrosion and aging.In response to the above issues,relevant preventive measures should be proposed from the construction level.During the geological survey stage,adverse geological conditions that are prone to deformation should be avoided to prevent stress damage to the socket;during the excavation stage of the pipe trench,the width and depth of the trench bottom should be designed reasonably to ensure the thickness and compaction of the overlying layer;in the sealing operation of the socket,the sealing rubber ring should be installed correctly to achieve sufficient compression and sealing performance;throughout the entire homework process,it is important to prioritize the protection of finished products and minimize construction disturbances.
