摘 要:某化工厂大型设备的基础为承台和预制空心方桩,地基主要为粘土、粉质粘土、淤泥质粉质粘土,受到荷载的影响,地基出现不均匀变形,为避免振捣对现有结构的破坏,采用自密实混凝土对地基进行加固。为了保证自密实混凝土在基础加固中的效果,本文对相应的施工技术方法进行探究,包括自密实混凝土的配合比设计、性能检测、钢筋施工、预埋冷却水管安装、模板安装、混凝土浇筑和养护等,在混凝土达到养护龄期后,运用超声波法和回弹仪检测其质量。结果表明:自密实混凝土在厂房基础加固施工方面具有良好的适应性,由于不采取振捣措施,可避免对既有结构产生破坏。The foundation of a large-scale equipment in a chemical plant is a bearing platform and prefabricated hollow square piles.The foundation is mainly composed of clay,silty clay,and silty clay.Due to the inf luence of loads,the foundation undergoes uneven deformation.To avoid damage to the existing structure by vibration,self-compacting concrete is used to reinforce the foundation.In order to ensure the effectiveness of self compacting concrete in foundation reinforcement,this article explores the cor responding construction techniques and methods,including the propor tion design of selfcompacting concrete,performance testing,steel reinforcement construction,embedded cooling water pipe installation,formwork installation,concrete pouring and curing.After the concrete reaches the curing age,the quality is tested using ultrasonic method and rebound instrument respectively.The results show that self-compacting concrete has good adaptability in the reinforcement construction of factory foundations.Without adopting vibration measures,it can avoid damage to existing structures.
