摘  要:某城市粮油储备库的屋盖为大跨度钢筋混凝土壳体结构,其长度、宽度、拱顶高度分别为30.0、24.0、11.4 m,在浇筑顶部的壳体时,需要搭设钢管支撑架和模板。为了保证作业安全,本文对施工支撑架的稳定性进行论证,采用有限元分析法,以屈曲模态为理论基础,设置6种矢高,分别为1.5、2.4、3.0、4.0、5.0、6.0 m,模拟不同矢高条件下支撑架的前三阶屈曲模态,并利用软件工具计算出支架的最大组合应力和屈曲模态特征值,对支撑架的稳定性作出判断。结果表明:在相同荷载条件下,随着矢高的增加,支撑架的稳定性呈下降趋势;该项目初步设计的支撑架不满足稳定性要求,必须进行优化设计。The roof of a grain and oil reserve warehouse is a large-span reinforced concrete shell structure,with a length,width,and arch height of 30.0,24.0 and 11.4 m,respectively.When pouring the top shell,it is necessary to set up steel pipe support frames and templates.In order to ensure work safety,this article demonstrates the stability of the construction support frame,adopts finite element analysis method,based on the buckling mode as the theoretical basis,and sets six different heights of 1.5,2.4,3.0,4.0,5.0,6.0 m to simulate the first three buckling modes of the support frame under different height conditions.Using software tools to calculate the maximum combined stress and buckling mode characteristic values of the support,and then making a judgment on the stability of the support frame.The results indicate that under the same load conditions,as the height of the support increases,the stability of the support shows a downward trend;the preliminary design of the support frame for this project does not meet the stability requirements and must be optimized.
