摘 要:为提升对暴雨洪涝的预报预警能力,在系统总结目前主流内涝预警方法的基础上,提出了一种将洪涝数值模拟与物联网技术相结合的内涝预警方法,并基于该方法研发了一套城市内涝监测预警系统,明确了预警等级内涵和预警发布原理。该方法及系统是对我国现有城市内涝预警技术的完善和优化,具有预警准确性高、时效性强、稳定性好等特点,并在实际应用中得到有效验证。In order to improve the forecasting and early warning ability of rainstorm and flood,a waterlogging early warning method based on the combination of flood numerical simulation and Internet of Things(IoT)technology is proposed on the basis of the current mainstream waterlogging early warning methods.Based on this method,a set of system is developed and the connotation of early warning level and its release principle are clarified.The method and system are the improvement and optimization of the existing urban waterlogging early warning technology in China,and have the characteristics of high accuracy,strong timeliness and good stability,which is effectively verified in practical application.
