摘　　要：针对现有数控加工仿真系统中存在的加工过程动态仿真效果差、切削加工仿真类型有限以及系统交互性不足等问题,结合加工工件的几何外形和成形特征,采用基于二维边界表示法(B-rep)模型生成算法,实现回转体工件模型的快速生成和更新。在虚拟数控车床上的应用实验表明,该方法能够高效地生成和更新工件模型,满足实时监控的要求。基于布尔运算的二维B-rep多边形切削算法实现了内径加工、外径加工和螺纹加工3种切削类型的加工模拟,提升了系统的仿真能力和灵活性。Addressing the issues in existing CNC machining simulation systems,such as poor dynamic simulation effects during processing,limited types of cutting simulation,and inadequate system interactivity,this study integrates the geometric shape and forming characteristics of workpieces.By employing an algorithm based on the 2D Boundary Representation(B-rep)model,rapid generation and update of rotational body workpiece models were achieved.Application experiments on a virtual CNC lathe demonstrated that this method efficiently generates and updates workpiece models,meeting the requirements for real-time monitoring.Furthermore,improvements to the two-dimensional B-rep polygon cutting algorithm based on Boolean operations enabled the simulation of three types of cutting processes,internal diameter machining,external diameter machining and thread machining.This enhancement significantly improved the system's simulation capabilities and flexibility.
