摘　　要：在中国经济转型升级和高质量发展的大背景下,地方政府隐性债务问题日益突出,成为制约经济健康发展的重要因素。文章从新形势下地方政府隐性债务风险防范的重要性出发,分析当前地方政府隐性债务的现状,提出了防范与化解隐性债务风险的路径,以期为地方政府提供理论参考和实践指导。In the context of Chinas economic transformation and upgrading and high-quality development,the hidden debt problem of local governments is becoming increasingly prominent,which has become an important factor restricting the healthy development of the economy.Starting from the importance of preventing the risk of the hidden debt of local governments under the new situation,this paper analyzes the current situation of the hidden debt of local governments and puts forward the way to prevent and resolve the risk of the hidden debt,in order to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for local governments.
