摘 要:广东省农村危桥改造项目中,一些桥梁受桥址处地形、地势、交通运输条件等影响,常规桥梁结构相对不适用。由此寻求一种分节段预制的小跨径UHPC-NC组合梁,在工厂预制节段后运输至现场进行拼装。采用Midas Civil建立UHPC-NC组合梁模型,计算出相应的效应数值。通过对国内外相关粉煤灰及超高性能混凝土(Ultra-High Performance Concrete,UHPC)材料的理解,对组合梁的纵向、局部、桥面板等进行全面分析验算。研究结果表明,这种分节段预制的小跨径UHPC-NC组合梁总体符合规范要求。In the rural dangerous bridge renovation project in Guangdong Province,some bridges are relatively unsuitable for conventional bridge structures due to factors such as terrain,topography,and transportation conditions at the bridge site.Thus,we seek a small span UHPC-NC composite beam that is prefabricated in sections and transported to the site for assembly after prefabrication in the factory.Establish a UHPC-NC composite beam model using Midas Civil and calculate the corresponding effect values.By understanding the relevant fly ash and Ultra High Performance Concrete(UHPC)materials at home and abroad,a comprehensive analysis and verification of the longitudinal,local,and bridge deck of composite beams are carried out.The results indicate that the small span UHPC-NC composite beam prefabricated in sections generally meets the requirements of the specifications.
