摘 要:金属纳米材料具有独特的局域表面等离子共振效应(LSPR),通过形貌控制使其在近红外光区附近进行调制具有重要的研究意义。采用种晶法制备Au纳米棒,通过调控晶种添加量和氯金酸添加量改变金纳米棒长径比,实现对LSPR吸收峰的调制。结果表明800μL的晶种添加量是制备Au纳米棒的最佳剂量,其产物为多晶结构,产量最大,尺寸分布最均匀。氯金酸添加量对Au纳米棒的尺寸有较大影响,即氯金酸添加量越大,Au纳米棒越短。Au纳米棒的LSPR特征峰随着颗粒形貌的变化出现明显的偏移,且颗粒越细、长度越长,对近红外光的吸收越强,特征吸收峰会逐渐红移。Metal nanomaterials have unique localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)effects.It is of great research significance to modulate them in the near-infrared region through morphology control.Au nanorods were prepared using the seed crystal method,and the length to diameter ratio of the gold nanorods was adjusted by controlling the amount of seed crystal and chloroauric acid added,thereby achieving modulation of the LSPR absorption peak.The results showed that Au nanorods,and the addition of 800μL of seed crystals was the optimal dose for preparing Au nanorods.The product had a polycrystalline structure,the highest yield,and the most uniform size distribution.The amount of chloroauric acid added has a significant impact on the size of Au nanorods,that is,the larger the amount of chloroauric acid added,the shorter the Au nanorods.The LSPR characteristic peak of Au nanorods shows a significant shift with the change of particle morphology,and the finer and longer the particles,the stronger the absorption of nearinfrared light,and the characteristic absorption peak gradually shifts to the red.
