摘  要:流道口气流场均匀度和强度在很多工程场景中具有重要意义,如对于气动学测试、散热器效率等都具有很大影响。研究发现,散热器单位面积气流流速越快,散热速率越高,气体流速越均匀,散热速率也会越稳定;而在气动学测试中,流场截面上各个位置处气流场流速均匀度对测试结果的准确性影响很大,流速不均匀或者流速测定不准可能导致试验的结果失败。提出了一种基于应变的阵列式风速仪,并探讨了其在气体流场测量中的应用。该风速仪采用由多个高精度应变传感器组成的阵列,通过测量气流作用在传感器上的应变变化来计算风速。实验结果表明,该风速仪能够有效地反映出气体流场的动态变化,具有较高的测量精度和稳定性。The uniformity and intensity of flow field at runner inlet are of great significance for many engineering scenarios,such as aerodynamic testing and radiator efficiency.According to the study,the faster the air flow rate per unit area of the radiator,the higher the heat dissipation rate,the gas flow rate is about uniform,and the heat dissipation rate will be more stable.For aerodynamic testing,the velocity uniformity of the flow field at each position of the flow field section has a great influence on the accuracy of the test results,and the uneven or inaccurate flow rate may lead to the failure of the test results.This paper presents a strain-based array anemometer and discusses its application in gas flow field measurement.The anemometer uses an array of high-precision strain sensors to calculate the wind speed by measuring the strain change of the air flow acting on the sensor.The experimental results show that the anemometer can effectively reflect the dynamic change of gas flow field and has high measuring accuracy and stability.
