摘 要:在发电厂锅炉运行过程中,燃烧所产生的烟气会在受热面上形成积灰和结渣,严重影响锅炉的运行安全和效率。为了应对这一问题,采用锅炉智能吹灰系统是一种有效的解决方案。该系统通过在线热力计算模块和漏光系数动态显示水冷壁的积灰程度,实时反映积灰热阻和监测分析信息。根据这些数据,能够设计并实施节能高效的吹灰清洁方案,可以有效确保锅炉受热面的清洁,从而提升锅炉表面的传热效果。智能吹灰系统不仅能够提高锅炉的热效率,还能显著降低能耗,延长设备使用寿命,有利于实现良好的经济效益和环保效果。During the operation of power plant boilers,the flue gas generated by combustion will form ash and slag on the heating surface,seriously affecting the safety and efficiency of boiler operation.To address this issue,adopting an intelligent boiler soot blowing system is an effective solution.The system dynamically displays the degree of ash accumulation on the water-cooled wall through an online thermal calculation module and leakage coefficient,reflecting the ash thermal resistance and monitoring analysis information in real time.Based on these data,it is possible to design and implement energy-saving and efficient soot blowing and cleaning solutions,which can effectively ensure the cleanliness of the boiler heating surface and improve the heat transfer efficiency of the boiler surface.The intelligent soot blowing system can not only improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler,but also significantly reduce energy consumption and extend the service life of the equipment,which is conducive to achieving good economic and environmental benefits.
