摘　　要：房产测绘面积是否准确,直接影响房产所有者的权益、房产交易,直接关系房产行业的发展。目前,房产面积测绘工作仍然存在诸多问题。如何保证房产面积测绘工作的准确性,是房产测绘人员需要深入思考的问题。首先介绍房产面积测绘工作的内容、方法、使用的仪器设备和技术,分析房产面积测绘工作的重要性,然后深入分析房产面积测绘工作存在的问题,并提出解决问题的对策,为房产测绘工作人员提供参考借鉴。The accuracy of property surveying and mapping directly affects the rights and interests of property owners,property transactions,and the development of the real estate industry.At present,there are still many problems in the work of real estate surveying and mapping area.How to ensure the accuracy of real estate surveying and mapping area work is a problem that real estate surveyors need to deeply consider.Firstly,introduce the content,methods,instruments,equipment,and techniques used in real estate surveying and mapping area work,analyze the importance of real estate surveying and mapping area work,and then deeply analyze the problems existing in real estate surveying and mapping area work,and propose solutions to the problems,providing reference and guidance for real estate surveying and mapping personnel.
