摘  要:在机场过站期间,航空器需要依靠特种车辆来提供多项地面保障服务,包括燃油加注、配餐、装卸行李货物、清洁和拖车牵引等。这些服务由相应的特种车辆完成,特种车辆的调度对于提高地面保障服务水平和资源利用率至关重要。目前机场普遍采用基于人工的单车单航班服务的特种车辆调度方式,这种方式成本高、效率低,是导致航班延误的重要因素之一。为解决机场地面拖车保障服务调度的问题,根据拖车服务运行特点,建立拖车行驶总路程和航班延误最小化的车辆路径问题模型。与传统固定算法不同,为适应拖车调度的问题,采用了基于启发式算法的非支配排序思想对模型求解。通过国内首都机场的实际航班数据进行验证,研究结果显示,该算法较实际运行情况下延误数量减少了27%,有效地降低了航班延误率。During the transit period at the airport,various ground support services are provided to aircraft by specialized vehicles,including fueling,catering,baggage and cargo handling,cleaning,towing and so on.These services are performed by corresponding specialized vehicles,the scheduling of which is crucial to improving the level of ground support services and resource utilization.At present,a specialized vehicle scheduling method based on manual,one-vehicle-one-flight service is widely utilized at airport,which is costly and inefficient,and is one of the important factors leading to flight delays.To address the problem of ground towing support service scheduling at airport,a vehicle routing problem model was established in this paper based on minimizing towing distance and flight delays according to the operational characteristics of towing services.In contrast to traditional fixed algorithms,in order to adapt to the problem of towing scheduling,the concept of non-dominated sorting algorithm was employed in this paper to solve the model.By utilizing actual flight data from a domestic airport for validation,the research results indicate that the algorithm reduces the number of delays by 27%compared to actual operations,effectively lowering the flight delay rate.
