摘　　要：文章基于2012—2022年A股非金融类上市企业数据,实证分析了企业数字化转型对共同富裕的影响及作用机制。研究发现:数字化转型既能显著促进企业“做大蛋糕”,又能促使其“分好蛋糕”,且这一促进作用存在企业产权性质、数字化转型类型、所处地区知识产权保护强度和贫困程度异质性;生产率提升效应是数字化转型助力企业“做大蛋糕”的重要路径,技能结构效应和信息曝光效应在促使企业“分好蛋糕”过程中发挥中介作用,并且数字金融在数字化转型促进企业共同富裕过程中起到正向调节作用;拓展分析发现,数字化转型能够在促进企业“做大蛋糕”的基础上进一步“分好蛋糕”,反向则不能。研究结论拓展了数字化转型助力企业共同富裕的相关理论,为数字化改革赋能共同富裕的路径探索提供经验支持。Based on data from A-share non-financial listed enterprises from 2012 to 2022,this essay empirically analyzes the impact and mechanism of corporate digital transformation on common prosperity.Findings:Digital transformation can significantly promote the enterprise to not only“make the pie bigger”but also“divide the pie appropriately”.There is heterogeneity in the nature of enterprises ownership,type of digital transformation,intellectual property protection intensity,and poverty level in the region of this promotion effect.The productivity enhancement effect is a crucial path through which digital transformation helps enterprises“make the pie bigger”.The skill structure effect and information exposure effect play an intermediary role in the process of promoting the enterprises to“divide the pie appropriately”.Additionally,digital finance positively moderates the process of digital transformation promoting common prosperity of enterprises.With further analysis,it is revealed that digital transformation can further“divide the pie appropriately”on the basis of promoting enterprises to“make the pie bigger”,not the other way.The research findings expand relevant theories of how digital transformation assists enterprises in achieving common prosperity,and provide experiential support for the exploration of pathways to empower common prosperity through digital reform.
