摘 要:本研究旨在探讨棉粕源菌酶协同发酵饲料对产蛋后期肉种鸡生产性能与氮磷排泄率的影响。试验选择42周龄罗斯(Ross)308肉种鸡群,随机分为对照组和试验组。试验预试期1周,正试期16周。在试验过程中,对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验组用8%的棉粕源菌酶协同发酵饲料代替等量的基础日粮。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组肉种鸡的产蛋率、合格种蛋数显著提高(P<0.05),死淘率显著降低(P<0.05),种蛋受精率有提高的趋势(P=0.057),氮排泄率显著下降(P<0.05),磷排泄率有下降的趋势(P=0.072)。由此可见,在本试验条件下,用8%的棉粕源菌酶协同发酵饲料代替等量的基础日粮可以显著提高肉种鸡生产的经济效益与社会生态效益。The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of feed fermented of cottonseed meal with bacteria and enzyme on the production performance and nitrogen and phosphorus excretion rate of broiler breeder in the later laying period.In the experiment,healthy Ross 308 broiler breeder of 42-week-old were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The period was divided into two phases,including 1 week of pre-experiment and 16 weeks of experiment.The control group was fed with corn-soybean basal diet,and the experimental group was fed with 8%feed fermented of cottonseed meal with bacteria and enzyme instead of the same amount of basal diet.The results showed that the laying rate and the number of qualified eggs were significantly increased(P<0.05),the rate of death and elimination was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the fertilization rate of breeder eggs was increased(P=0.057),the nitrogen excretion rate decreased significantly(P<0.05)and the phosphorus excretion rate decreased(P=0.072).Therefore,in this experiment,8%of cottonseed meal fermented with bacteria and enzyme instead of the same amount of basal diet can significantly improve the economic and social ecological benefits of broiler breeder production.
