常山抗球合剂对鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫病的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：为了探讨国家三类新兽药常山抗球合剂对柔嫩艾美耳球虫(Eimeria tenella)感染的雏鸡的治疗效果,用900只自然感染E.tenella的24日龄雏鸡开展研究。将所有试验鸡只随机分成阴性对照组、常山抗球合剂组、地克珠利阳性对照组,每组300只,隔离饲养。各给药组均饮水给药,常山抗球合剂组(每8 mL兑水1 L,混饮,连用6 d);阳性对照组(每0.2 mL 0.5%地克珠利溶液兑水1 L,混饮,连用6 d);阴性对照组正常饲养不给药。结果显示,常山抗球合剂组和阳性对照组可明显减轻病鸡临床症状,病鸡料重比和盲肠病变记分均显著低于阴性对照组(P<0.05),增重率和存活率显著高于阴性对照组(P>0.05)。试验结果表明,常山抗球合剂对E.tenella感染的雏鸡具有良好的治疗效果,可明显减轻临床症状和提高生产性能,且不会在体内产生残留和诱导球虫耐药性产生。In order to explore the therapeutic effect of Radix Dichroa Anti-coccidial Mixture(RDAM)prepared with Radix Dichroa,Sophora Flavescens,Eclipta alba,and Agrimonia pilosa as the main medicinal materials on chicks infected with E.tenella and to compare it with diclazuril,an extended clinical trial was carried out with 900 naturally infected E.tenella chicks at the age of 24 days.All test chickens were randomly divided into negative control group,RDAM group,and positive control group,with 300 chickens in each group,and kept in isolation.Each group was administered with drinking water,RDAM group(Mix every 8 ml with 1L of water to drink,for 6 days);positive control group(Mix every 0.2 mL 0.5%diclazuril solution with 1L of water to drink,for 6 days);and the negative control group was kept normally without administration of drugs.The results showed that at the end of the treatment,the RDAM group and the positive control group could significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of the sick chickens,and the feed conversion ratio and the cecum lesion score of the sick chickens were significantly lower than those of the negative control group(P<0.05),and the weight gain rate and survival rate were significantly higher than those of the negative control group(P>0.05).The test showed that RDAM had a good therapeutic effect in chickens infected with E.tenella,which could significantly reduce clinical symptoms,as well as improve production performance,and it will not produce residues or drug resistance.
