摘　　要：粉彩人物瓷画兴起于清雍正时期,在各时期形成了不同的特色,至今已有数百年的发展历程。当代粉彩人物瓷画既要加强传承,也要寻求创新。需要采取注重传统技艺与审美风格的传承、加强传承人才培养、广泛地推广与交流等措施以促进传承;同时,还需要在工艺材料与技艺、主题内容、艺术形式、思想意境等方面的创新变革。Pastel figure porcelain painting arose in the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty,formed different characteristics in each period,and has been developed for hundreds of years.Contemporary pastel figure porcelain painting should not only strengthen the inheritance,but also seek innovation.It is necessary to take measures to promote inheritance,such as paying attention to the inheritance of traditional skills and aesthetic styles,strengthening the cultivation of inheritance talents,and extensive promotion and exchange.At the same time,it is also necessary to innovate and change in process materials and skills,theme content,art forms,ideological conception and other aspects.
