摘  要:针对一起10kV氧化锌避雷器故障,通过外观检查、例行试验检测、关键部位解体等试验分析,发现其存在密封性不良、工艺设计缺陷、阀片质量不合格等问题。抽检分析了库存(在运)设备,讨论了避雷器的故障机理,认为避雷器密封性能、设备工艺设计的紧凑性及内部阀片质量是影响设备整体运行性能的关键因素。同时,从避雷器选型、日常运维、避雷器安装等方面提出了改进建议,将促进设备质量持续提升,保障用户可靠供电。Regarding the fault of a 10 kV zinc oxide arrester,first,through visual inspection,routine test detection,and test analysis of disassembling key parts,problems such as poor sealing,defects in process design,and unqualified valve plates were found.Then,spot checks and analysis were carried out on the inventory(in-service)equipment,and the fault mechanism of the arrester was discussed.It was concluded that the sealing performance of the arrester,the compactness of the equipment's process design,and the quality of the internal valve plates are the key factors affecting the overall operating performance of the equipment.Finally,improvement suggestions were put forward in terms of arrester selection,daily operation and maintenance,and arrester installation,which will undoubtedly promote the continuous improvement of equipment quality and ensure reliable power supply for users.
