水利水电工程移民安置保障及满意度对比研究

摘　　要：针对水利水电工程中移民的安置保障和满意度提升等问题进行研究,分析H市异地移民的安置保障及生活满意度。其中,通过多维度测量模型对安置保障进行分析;通过最小二乘法对移民满意度进行对比分析。结果显示,移民的安置样本满意度系数分别为0.532、0.425、0.286,迁移前后满意度变化最大约0.092;移民的安置保障能够通过提升移民社会融入等问题得到改善,移民的满意度能够通过改善当地经济文化设施实现满意度提升。研究表明,推动基层治理安置移民情绪文化生活等,对提升水利水电工程有一定意义。This study analyzes the issues of resettlement security and satisfaction enhancement of immigrants in water conservancy and hydropower projects,analyzes the resettlement security and life satisfaction of immigrants in H city,analyzes the resettlement security by using multi-dimensional measurement model,and then analyzes the immigrants'satisfaction comparatively by using the least squares method.The results of the study show that the resettlement security of immigrants can be improved by enhancing the social integration of immigrants and other issues,and the satisfaction of immigrants can be realized through the improvement of local economic and cultural facilities to improve satisfaction.This shows that the promotion of grass-roots governance to resettle migrants'emotional and cultural life has a certain significance for the improvement of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
