摘　　要：中台作为企业数字化的重要组成,具有衔接前台与后台、匹配需求速差、打通数据链路、沉淀业务知识等价值。在阐述中台起源与发展、铁路业务特点、铁路信息化发展现状与问题的基础上,分析了建设铁路数字化中台的必要性,阐述了铁路数字化中台的建设目标与核心能力应聚焦促进部门间、专业间和系统间的互联互通与协同协作。研究基于中台理念,融合主流信息技术,结合铁路业务需求,提出铁路数字化中台总体架构,设计“四站、三中心、一平台”,可提供业务要素互联、专业知识沉淀、信息传输流通、数据资源开发、信息技术整合与自适应可组合等功能。最后提出铁路数字化中台建设策略和重点任务,以期推动中台落地实施并为促进铁路信息化建设与铁路数字化转型提供参考。As an important element of enterprise digitalization,the middle platform has the values of connecting the foreground and background,matching demand speed differentials,opening up data links,and precipitating business knowledge.On the basis of introducing the origin and development of the middle platform,the characteristics of railway business,and the current situations and problems of railway informatization,this study analyzed the necessity of building a railway digital middle platform and discussed that the construction goals and core capabilities of the platform should be focused on promoting interconnection and collaboration between departments,specialties,and systems.Based on the middle platform concept,the study integrated mainstream information technology and railway business needs,finally putting forward the overall architecture of the railway digital middle platform which could be concluded as the design of“four stations,three centers,and one platform”.This architecture could provide functions such as business elements interconnection,professional knowledge precipitation,information transmission and circulation,data resource development,information technology integration,and adaptive combination.Finally,the construction strategy and key tasks of the railway digital middle platform were proposed to promote the implementation of the middle platform and provide a reference for promoting the informatization construction and digital transformation of railways.
