摘　　要：铁路项目后评价内容对于铁路勘察设计单位前期研究质量反馈具有重要意义,针对我国大多数勘察设计单位注重项目前期评价,而对铁路开通运营后的后期评价考虑不足的现状,通过抽象铁路建设项目中存在的主要影响因素,构建项目后评价指标三层级体系;通过专家访问,获取项目开通运营后项目负责人对运营现状的评价量化三级指标值,根据三级评价指标值,结合熵权法,运用多层级模糊综合评价法,分析铁路项目研究对象的后评价问题;基于所提方法,以已开通运营的和若铁路作为实例,结合前期研究成果及运营现状,验证基于熵权的模糊综合评价法用于铁路项目经济后评价的可行性与合理性,评价结果对勘察设计单位及运营部门今后的工作具有一定的借鉴作用。ing the main influencing factors in railway construction projects,a three-level system of post-project evaluation indicators was constructed in this paper.Through experts’visit,the three-level index value of the project chief’s evaluation of the current operation after the project opening for operation was obtained.According to the three-level evaluation index value,combined with the entropy weight method,the post-evaluation problem of the railway project research object was analyzed by using the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Based on the method proposed,taking the Ruoqiang-Hetian Railway already in operation in Xinjiang as an example,and combined with the previous research results and current operation,the feasibility and rationality of applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy weight to the economic post-evaluation of railway projects were verified.The evaluation results can be used as a reference for the future work of survey and departments engaged in design and operation.
