摘  要:城市轨道交通故障区段具有列车满载率高、站台拥挤度高等特点,然而,在应急行车指挥中,通常以降低列车延误为目标,导致只有未清客列车上的乘客较为准点,而未上车及清客列车上的乘客需要很长等待时间才能搭乘列车,进而造成了乘客整体出行体验较差。为提高应急行车指挥中乘客的出行体验,引入乘客累计延误时间作为应急情况下行车调整的评价指标;由于传统的人工计算仅通过故障列车乘客数量与延误时间进行估算,难以推演后续列车对乘客造成的影响以及站台乘客数量趋势,为避免人工计算方式的不足,建立了乘客累计延误时间模型,并研发了相应系统;系统以乘客累计延误总时间、车站乘客累计延误时间、车站各时刻站台人数和列车乘客累计延误时间作为评价指标,同时具备计算速度快、可视化程度高、统计分析便捷等优势。通过在广州地铁的应用实践证明,系统能够准确推荐较优的行车方案,并有效降低乘客累计延误时间,进而提高应急情况下的服务质量。The fault section of urban rail transit is characterized by a high train full load rate and high platform congestion.However,the traffic emergency command usually aims to reduce the train delay,which makes only the passengers on the unadjusted train arrive on time,and the passengers not on board and on the adjusted train need to wait a long time before they can get on the train,which leads to the poor overall travel experience of passengers.In order to improve the travel experience of passengers during the traffic emergency command,this paper introduced the cumulative delay time of passengers as the evaluation index of traffic adjustment in emergency situations.Since the traditional manual calculation only considers the number of passengers on the faulty train and the delay time,it is difficult to deduce the impact of subsequent trains on passengers and the trend of the number of passengers on the platform.In order to avoid the shortcomings of manual calculation,this paper established a cumulative delay time model of passengers and developed a corresponding system.The system took the total cumulative delay time of passengers,the cumulative delay time of passengers at the station,the number of passengers on the platform at the station during each time period,and the cumulative delay time of passengers on the train as evaluation indexes.At the same time,it had the advantages of fast calculation speed,a high degree of visualization,and convenient statistical analysis.Through the practice of Guangzhou Metro,it was proven that the system could accurately recommend a better driving plan and effectively reduce the cumulative delay time of passengers,so as to improve the service quality in emergency situations.
