摘  要:文章详细介绍了开关柜辅助作业机器人的基本结构和关键技术,主要内容包括使用基本的形态学操作、基于PLSA的色彩学习算法和HSV色彩模型,准确识别开关箱的状态指示器;在此基础上,研究多自由度机器人的自主定位方法、基于机器视觉的精准定位和末端作业单元的联合操作方法,以及多传感器协同感应的安全保护方法,以确保机器人的精准定位和作业安全。介绍了开关柜辅助作业机器人在应用实践中的潜力,突显了其在工业领域提高工作效率和操作安全性方面的重要性。这些技术和应用展示了开关柜辅助作业机器人在工业操作中的广泛应用前景。This paper introduces the basic structure and key technology of the switchgear auxiliary operation robot in detail.The main contents of this research include:using the basic morphological operation,PLSA-based color learning algorithm and HSV color model to accurately identify the status indicator of the switch box;on this basis,the autonomous positioning method of the multi-degree of freedom robot is studied,the accurate positioning method based on machine vision and the joint operation method of the end work unit are studied,and the security protection method of multi-sensor collaborative induction is studied,so as to ensure the accurate positioning and operation safety of the robot.Finally,the paper introduces the potential of switchgear assisted operation robot in application practice,highlighting its importance in improving work efficiency and operation safety in the industrial field.These technologies and applications show the wide application prospect of switchgear auxiliary operation robot in industrial operation.
