摘  要:针对燃煤火力发电站,传统的检测手段面临安全风险高、检测数据量少、检测过程烦琐和检测周期长等挑战,有必要通过检测工具的智能升级来降低安全风险并提升检测质量,同时通过智能检测装置采集的大数据可以实时接入软件系统中,制定管壁减薄分析、报警诊断和预防策略,建立可视化的锅炉四管健康分析系统,以方便日常运行和检修数据的积累和分析,提高锅炉防磨防爆管理水平。分析表明,造成四管泄漏的主要原因包括超温、磨损、腐蚀、疲劳等缺陷。建立锅炉四管数字孪生模型和设备数字化台账,通过智能诊断模型预警和精确定位功能,直观量化地展示三维虚拟电厂四管的寿命评价,可以有效地减少锅炉爆管现象。For coal-fired power plants,traditional detection methods face challenges such as high safety risks,limited detection data,cumbersome detection processes,and long detection cycles.It is necessary to reduce safety risks and improve detection quality through intelligent upgrades of detection tools.At the same time,big data collected through intelligent detection devices can be real-time integrated into software systems,and pipe wall thinning analysis,alarm diagnosis,and prevention strategies can be formulated.A visual boiler four pipe health analysis system can be established to facilitate the accumulation and analysis of daily operation and maintenance data,and improve the level of boiler wear and explosion prevention management.Analysis shows that the main reasons for the leakage of the four pipes include defects such as overheating,wear,corrosion,and fatigue.Establishing a digital twin model and equipment digital ledger for the four tubes of a boiler,through intelligent diagnostic model warning and precise positioning functions,can intuitively and quantitatively display the life evaluation of the four tubes in a three-dimensional virtual power plant,effectively reducing the phenomenon of boiler tube explosions.
