摘  要:目前,传统电压监测已无法满足电力系统的质量需求,由于过电压故障而引起事故的概率越来越高,因此,提出110kV及以下电压等级智能变电站过电压监测研究。设置过电压在线监测装置,保证能够准确地收集测量数据。利用传感器采集过电压信号,对电压传感器的幅度线性度、响应频率和带宽等方面进行高要求。选取与分析过电压的特征数据,反映波形特性的特征参数。实验结果表明,直接监测方法相较于本研究方法的最大幅值误差为530kV,间接过电压监测方法相较于本研究方法的最大幅值误差为277kV。证明了110kV及以下电压等级智能变电站过电压监测方法能够有效地检测出过电压的幅值,有较高的准确性。At present,the traditional voltage monitoring has been unable to meet the quality needs of the power system,due to the overvoltage fault caused by the accident probability is getting higher and higher,therefore,this paper puts forward the research of 110kV and below voltage level intelligent substation overvoltage monitoring.Firstly,the on-line monitoring device of overvoltage is set up to ensure that the measurement data can be collected accurately.Secondly,using the sensor to collect the overvoltage signal requires high requirements on the amplitude linearity,response frequency and bandwidth of the voltage sensor.Finally,the characteristic data of overvoltage is selected and analyzed to reflect the characteristic parameters of waveform characteristics.Experimental results show that,the maximum value error of the direct monitoring method is 530kV,and the maximum value error of the indirect overvoltage monitoring method is 277kV.It is proved that the overvoltage monitoring method of intelligent substation with voltage level of 110kV and below can effectively detect the overvoltage amplitude and has high accuracy.
