摘　　要：该发明公开了一种泡沫挤压车,主要解决现有方案结构复杂、成本较高、体积庞大的问题。该泡沫挤压车,包括带有专用底盘和燃油发动机的机动车,所述专用底盘上安装有泡沫处理装置,还安装有与泡沫处理装置连接的动力输出装置,所述动力输出装置与机动车燃油发动机相连。泡沫处理装置包括输送带、泡沫挤压装置、余热利用装置、飞轮、减速机组和废气收集装置;动力输出装置包括传动轴、扭矩限制器、全功率取力器和取力器控制拉线。通过上述方案,该发明利用二类底盘发动机通过专用传动结构向泡沫挤压机提供动力,结构简单紧凑,维护方便,具有很高的使用价值和推广价值。The invention discloses a foam extrusion car,which mainly solves the problems of complex structure,high cost and large volume of the existing scheme.The foam extrusion vehicle comprises a motor vehicle with a special chassis and a fuel engine,on which a foam treatment device is installed,and a power output device connected with a foam treatment device,which is connected with a motor vehicle fuel engine:among them,the foam treatment device includes conveyor belt,foam extrusion device,waste heat utilization device,flywheel,reducer unit and exhaust gas collection device:power output device includes a drive shaft,torque limiter,full power take-up and take-up control cable.Through the scheme,the invention uses the second class chassis engine to provide power to the foam extruder through the special transmission structure,which is simple and compact in structure,convenient in maintenance,and has high use value and popularization value.
