摘 要:酸处理过的粉煤灰加入聚乙烯醇溶液,均匀分散后,用戊二醛进行交联,得到粉煤灰/聚乙烯醇复合材料。将复合材料用于甲基橙和亚甲基蓝混合溶液的吸附。文章研究了吸附时间对吸附效果的影响,并利用吸附动力学探讨其吸附机制。结果表明,粉煤灰/聚乙烯醇复合材料对甲基橙和亚甲基蓝混合溶液的吸附较快,分别在120min和60min内达到吸附平衡。粉煤灰/聚乙烯醇复合材料对甲基橙和亚甲基蓝混合溶液的吸附拟二级吸附速率方程,其吸附过程由化学吸附控制。Acid-treated fly ash is added to polyvinyl alcohol solution,evenly dispersed,and glutaraldehyde is crosslinked to obtain fly ash/polyvinyl alcohol composite material.The composite was used for adsorption of methyl orange and methylene blue.The influence of the adsorption time on the adsorption effect was examined and the adsorption mechanism was explored by using the adsorption dynamics.The results show that the adsorption rate of fly ash/polyvinyl alcohol composite to methyl orange and methylene blue mixture reached the adsorption equilibrium within 120 min and 60 min respectively.The secondary adsorption rate equation of methyl orange and methylene blue mixture solution is controlled by chemisorption.
