摘　　要：加快建设中国特色金融体系,不断促进高质量发展是当前企业集团财务公司面临的重大课题。文章通过描述性研究方法,重点分析了企业集团财务公司面临的机遇和挑战,探讨了提升财务公司金融服务能力应该坚持服务实体经济、规范推进金融创新、防范控制风险、树立合作意识和系统观念的基本原则,从科技金融、绿色金融、开放合作、基础服务、防范风险、队伍建设六方面提出了具体提升措施和借鉴路径。结合新修订实施的《企业集团财务公司管理办法》的贯彻落实,对监管机构和企业集团提出建议和意见。Accelerating the construction of a financial system with Chinese characteristics and continuously promoting high-quality development is a major issue facing financial companies in current enterprise groups.Tis article uses descriptive research methods to focus on analyzing the opportunities and challenges faced by financial companies in enterprise groups.It explores the basic principles of improving the financial service capabilities of financial companies,including serving the real economy,promoting financial innovation in a standardized manner,preventing and controlling risks,establishing cooperation awareness and systematic concepts.Specific improvement measures and reference paths are proposed from six aspects:technology finance,green finance,open cooperation,basic services,risk prevention,and team building.Based on the implementation of the newly revised"Management Measures for Financial Companies of Enterprise Groups",provide suggestions and opinions to regulatory agencies and enterprise groups.
