摘  要:中老铁路开通以来,货运需求的不断增长与运输能力的矛盾逐渐显现。为了进一步提升通道的货物运能,研究了中老铁路线路及运营现状,包括点线基本情况、货物运输需求态势以及牵引能力现状。分析并提出磨万段供电能力限制、线路设施条件限制以及海关通关时间限制等3方面跨境运能限制的主要因素。针对跨境运能限制主要因素,提出开展牵引质量提升研究试验,能够对中老铁路货运上量带来最经济最有效且最直接的助力。通过选取试验区段、确定机车参数、计算列车理论牵引质量、确定试验项目等研究,以及对试验结果的全面分析对比,显示中老铁路牵引定数可以提升至2800t,并符合各项运行标准,为提升运力、降低物流成本提供了有力支撑。Since the opening of China-Laos Railway,the contradiction between the increasing demand for freight transport and transport capacity has gradually emerged.To further improve the freight transport capacity of the corridor,this paper studied the current situation of China-Laos Railway lines and their operation,including the basic conditions of stations and lines,the trend of freight transport demand,and the current state of traction capacity.This paper analyzed and identified the main factors restricting cross-border transport capacity from three perspectives,including limitations in terms of power supply,line facility,and customs clearance time in Boten-Vientiane section.In view of the above factors,this paper carried out the research and test on improving traction tonnage which could directly bring the most economical and effective momentum to the freight increment of China-Laos Railway.Through the selection of test sections,the determination of locomotive parameters,the calculation of theoretical traction tonnage,the determination of test items,and other studies,the comprehensive analysis and comparison of the test results show that the traction tonnage of China-Laos Railway can be increased to 2800 tons,in line with various operation standards.It provides strong support for improving transport capacity and reducing logistics costs.
