高脂血症患者载脂蛋白A1/载脂蛋白B比值同型半胱氨酸与动脉粥样硬化的关系研究

摘　　要：目的分析高脂血症患者载脂蛋白A1/载脂蛋白B(apoA1/apoB)比值、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法选取2021年3月至2023年3月我院就诊的70例高脂血症患者为疾病组,另选取同期健康体检者40名为对照组,检测所有受试者外周血的apoA1/apoB比值及Hcy水平,同时接受颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检测颈动脉内膜中膜厚度(IMT),根据IMT将疾病组患者分为正常组和动脉粥样硬化组,比较2组的apoA1/apoB比值、Hcy水平。采用Spearman分析法分析apoA1/apoB比值、Hcy水平与IMT的相关性。结果疾病组患者apoA1/apoB比值低于对照组,Hcy水平高于对照组(P<0.05);疾病组患者的IMT水平、动脉粥样硬化率均高于对照组(P<0.05);动脉粥样硬化组患者apoA1/apoB比值低于正常组,Hcy水平高于正常组(P<0.05);Spearman分析结果显示,apoA1/apoB比值与IMT水平呈负相关(r=-0.523,P<0.01),Hcy水平与IMT水平呈正相关(r=0.630,P<0.01)。结论高脂血症患者apoA1/apoB比值、Hcy水平存在异常表达情况,且与动脉粥样硬化发生具有明显相关性。Objective To analyze the relationship between apolipoprotein(apo)A1/apoB ratio,homocysteine(Hcy)and atherosclerosis in patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 70 patients with hyperlipidemia treated in the hospital and 40 healthy controls were enrolled as disease group and control group between March 2021 and March 2023.The levels of peripheral blood apoA1/apoB ratio and Hcy were detected.According to carotid intimamedia thickness(IMT)by carotid color ultrasound,patients in disease group were divided into normal group and atherosclerosis group,apoA1/apoB ratio and Hcy level in the two groups were compared.The correlation between apoA1/apoB ratio,Hcy level and IMT was analyzed by Spearman analysis.Results The apoA1/apoB ratio in disease group was lower than that in control group,while Hcy level was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).IMT and atherosclerosis rate in disease group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The apoA1/apoB ratio in atherosclerosis group was lower than that in normal group,while Hcy level was higher than that in normal group(P<0.05).The results of Spearman analysis showed that apoA1/apoB ratio was negatively correlated with IMT(r=-0.523,P<0.05),while Hcy level was positively correlated with it(r=0.630,P<0.05).Conclusion The apoA1/apoB ratio and Hcy level are abnormal in patients with hyperlipidemia,which are significantly correlated with atherosclerosis.
